California County Models

Market area models of single-family houses, county by county and town by town: what drives value, the fitted models and their adjustments.

Each county below has a user guide, an overview page with a map of its towns, and one summary page per town. The town pages show what drives the value of single-family detached houses, as fitted by three regression programs (GAM, MARS and the elastic net) on each town’s sales, with the adjustments each model implies. No sale, address, parcel or listing remark is shown.
