Town summaries

San Jose, by sub-market

San Jose is too large and too varied for one model, so each of its MLS areas is fitted as a sub-market of its own. Alviso is fitted with Berryessa.

Not analysed: San Jose’s unincorporated MLS area, and the unincorporated places (Stanford, San Martin and the Los Gatos mountains). Bay views are not yet measured in Santa Clara County, so no model uses a view.
